EU Customers — Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This right applies to standard prints and original artwork. Please note that custom or personalized artwork made to your specifications may be exempt from this right under EU law.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us within 14 days of delivery at Shelly@ShellyParkerArt.com. Once we receive your return request, we'll provide instructions for sending the item back. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method you used to purchase.

All Customers — Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at Shelly@ShellyParkerArt.com. We'll work quickly to offer either a replacement or a refund.
